Case Discussion:
CT images demonstrate the dilated bowel loop with herniated bowel in the left inguinal region with obstruction.
It is the commonest type of abdominal wall herniation (up to 80%) and are most often acquired.
Complications: incarceration, strangulation, bowel obstruction
